Messaging Terms
Last updated October 19, 2026
1. The service
Allium provides software that lets logistics companies ("Customers") send and receive text messages and calls with their drivers and job applicants. Each Customer runs its own messaging program, under its own name and its own registered campaign, and publishes its own messaging terms and privacy policy. These platform terms apply alongside them.
2. Programs Customers run on Allium
- Dispatch / operations: messages to and from company-issued devices used by a Customer's drivers, such as dispatch replies, safety alerts, and route and schedule updates. They are authorized by the Customer as the owner of the devices.
- Recruiting: messages to job applicants who opted in when applying, such as application status and interview or orientation scheduling.
3. Message frequency and costs
- Frequency: varies with operations and application status.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply. On company-issued devices, the Customer pays them.
4. Opting out and help
- Stop: reply STOP to stop messages from that number.
- Resume: reply START to resume.
- Help: reply HELP for help.
- Company-issued devices are also subject to the Customer's employee policies.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Consent
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
7. Privacy
See the Allium Messaging Privacy Policy at https://alliumproject.com/legal/sms-privacy/ and the sending Customer's own policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this page.
